Cystocopy revealed pin-point contracture in the bladder neck. Bladder neck dilatation was performed under spinal anesthesia. During the procedure, the patient was confirmed to have bladder stone. Inside of bladder stone, a medium-sized hemoclip (Surgiclip¨Þ, Autosuture, U.S.S.C., Norwalk, CT) was detected and removed.
